In our case the relevant disclosure document would be the Short Form Prospectus. Even though it says "...is given to the asx", although the asx now have the document, once approved we then re-lodge it with the asx & release it to SH's. So I believe it's a minimum of 4 days after we see the SF Prospectus.
Personally I think the Record date for the in-specie distribution will be after the Meeting, don't see any advantage in having it earlier, they'll want the best SP as possible leading into the demerger.
