cant help think that if we agreed to have $25m lent to cokal by Eddy instead of $20m then we could have expedited the road -bridge build and made more durable roads and bridges
its always best to overcompensate and build durability and longevity in infrastructure and shorten the project build time than do things on the cheap and go through this delay as spot prices are in our favour
even now ...overspending is inconsequential to us all we need the mine operating asap
