agree that "other" is a nothing category but used often for grouping non major items so P&L's don't go on forever.. Hence the original $5.3m of "others" which is then shown line for line later, but ends with the $1.3m figure. All i can say is it is the rest of the items on a long list of smaller categories. You could try emailing the company secretary and ask what are the bigger items in the $1.3m list. It should not be hard for them to answer.
I don't think you will find anything sinister.
