To compare, at the last AGM the highest number of shares voted was 278,038,424 in response to the re-election of Brian Leedman as director. Of those, 270,403,416 voted in favour of Mr Leedman. A head count was not taken at the AGM so we have nothing to compare against with regard to the head count.

So the list we currently have places us within sight of securing the no vote.

Each holder will be able to vote online through the Automic website after the meeting has been announced. The relevant part of the website looks like this:

Cheers TT! I'm 100K for No! Im not a big holder but have been holding since 2017 and there is no way they are getting them for what they are offering after what we've held out through!!!
