I believe that all the offtakes needed to support the demo plant will already be in place as Alcoa-selected partners/customers already have sufficient JV ~5N pilot plant HPA to make their decisions. Once they line up commitments with Alcoa, Alcoa makes it’s FID and construction begins. Have to watch Alcoa closely.

IMO, logics puts the HPA plant as close as possible to the greenest cleanest inputs and in the most friendly jurisdiction.

My gut says a Pinjarra project will be pushing to be shovel-ready in time for Dec 2022 FID and underway by Mar 2023.
