If UK scientists deem its worth the risk and the moratorium is lifted, then agree this will be at 20 cents.
Perhaps Ineos can buy into Cuadrilla as they want to drill and prove its safe. Cuadrilla are far ahead of Ineos i.e. Ineos haven't drilled a hole and I'm not sure if they have even applied to drill pre moratorium. If Ineos or another investor buys in to fund Cuadrilla's programme then another re-rating should occur over 20 cents. If scientists deem its not worth the risk, then I can't see the government backing it and so we will get back to 5 cents and rely on the drilling business.
Long termers know I have been in this from the beginning. I have been holding because of the drilling business performance. I can't believe there is a glimmer of hope I might actually claw my capital back in the short term.
