    Dont want to be too negative. Say the Court finds in favour of dissenting shareholders and orders Z to pay out 10c/share, say $24M give or take plus court costs. Could someone please explain how we, the dissenting shareholders will collect this payout from Z. What enforcement action if any can be taken in Bermuda for collection of Court ordered fair value payments.
