Have had another read over the Information Memorandum and I must say that the company, along with independant reports, comprised an absolute piece of art.
I have flagged so many pages and highlighted so much that I am at the point where I feel I know the company more than most - you know how all the girls know every last word to 'Grease Lightning' well I feel that I can tell you just about anything regarding UNI.
A couple pages that I feel are worth reading for the relatively new holders just to get a tad more insight, although if you have been following the crewon HC you may know most of it:
pg 46 3.11 & 3.12 - A quick yet solid interpretation of NASDAQ/CDI's (Should also mention that I notice on pg 48 at dot point 7 'in line with the Unilife Group's strategic plans' - maybe there are even more things in the pipe-line that they are not letting on)
pg 55/56 5.3.1 - Some good background/base reading
pg 65 5.7 - It is always good to understand who the company believes to be their competition (I still see no major issues)
pg 76-79 - Merely because there has been recent discussions as to the top 20 and specific shareholder names by certain individuals (Who will remain un-real-named) - LOL!
I had a quick skim over the financials as I am of Financial Accounting background but you do not need to bother yourselves with it.
I had a read of the independant report provided and they feel that it is in line with the company's goals and future strategy - 'fair' for both shareholders and option holders.
I conclude fundamentally and technically UNI a sound investment with good medium to long-term profits attainable - whoever has not read the Grifin Report please do so (Very valuable indeed-da-li-doodly).
I feel that there are a great deal of sub 30c buyers who have always kept the faith and I thank you ever most kindly.

P.S. My sentiment remains as a 'buy' recommendation.
