    >>I agree, with no short term cash concerns the PE is definitely too low to warrant a sale unless you need the cash desperately. <<

I am always amazed when the SP lifts up 10% on this stock... Although I felt heading to mid 30s was getting quite low. Particularly PE wise for an oil producer and explorer... As most are slightly bullish on Oil in the 2010-11 period.

After the half yearly report we will find the PE rise (EPS will be lower)- IMO. As Tui oil cannot seem to pump more than 1.5MMbl per quarter due to the water load now. So at best we can factor in revenue of 6 MMbbl (PPP share 600K) in 2010. Whether they sell for $60-$120 per barrel on average in 2010- who knows. Yet will make a huge difference to the underlying revenue.

I cannot see them exceeding 6MMbbl in 2010, when considering the taking in of water now. I am simply hoping that 6MMbbl becomes the lowest point for the next few years. Reserves left are supposed to be a little under 50MMbbl, they have until 2015 then the option for a longer contract if they have not sucked it dry by then. Yet I doubt it, as it may drop further the more they suck out. By 2015 it may not be a viably economic well anymore. Yet who knows they may find more in surrounding areas. I have given up asking Management any questions in this regard...

    600K X $80US = $48,000,000 predicted revenue for 2010.

I will take out 20 mil for further exploration at least (That is light exploration, it will be higher- IMO)... leaving us a best case profit of 28 Mil divided by 588 million shares gives us an EPS of 4.76c. Now that is not too bad considering they have upside exploration potential. They must simply pick and choose the most probable locale's- IMO. To give us the best bang for our buck...

The 5% in Vietnam is a give-in I think now, as many have expressed it would simply be a rubber stamp affair now. I doubt the confirmation of the 5% will make any diff, yet nothing surprises me in the dips and rises in this SP.

As stated previously I wish the would stick to the area they derive revenue from now, use existing infrastracture and build upon what we have already.

Some more exploration is supposed to occur around the 2nd quarter of 2010. Yet i cannot get PPP Management to confirm if this is true. I cannot find these details in any ANN or annual report. I have simply taken Sentia's word for it. Even calling the company they cannot comment on whether further exploration will definately preceed around TUI.

If anyone knows more, pls direct me to this info...Cheers
