Subsequently, spoke with Operations Store Manager who did recognize appropriate price labels should have been displayed & was going to rectify situation. As he said these staff I spoke to should have done this job in the first place. Obviously manager for area wasn't doing much checking or they would have seen problem.
You can live on your reputation for a while, but any retailer that doesn't understand service has a huge problem going forward.
