Yet BAE systems who have a market cap of $31B occupy the site on the other side of the tracks in that same area. I'm gonna say a company of that size don't need to skimp on locations like you say. Also, that's a handy place for us to setup next to given that they provide electronic systems to defence and commercial customers.
