Conflict ? If there were another raise and it were run by Alto and he is still a shareholder of Alto, that would likely be discloseable, sure, but that's several maybes and in the future. Meanwhile, he's working for options that are right now way out of the money. He fixes it or he works for free. That is an alignment of interests, not a conflict.
