    I tried to amend my post but ran out of time,

    Looking at the announcement/forecast 17/03/2022

    9th December 2022 EPA finalises Assessment report (including two-week consultation on draft conditions) and gives report to Minister and then the minister has to sit on it, holidays, more delays so even for ASN I think construction commence 2nd Quartre 2023 - understood six months - and ASN production 2024 if we are lucky, so Muchea 2026 but then, I love to be proven wrong and pigs can fly, meantime, I am just patience, all good things come to those who wait
