" Well given it is so obvious then why do you keep harping on about your rubbish of how bad property is because property is no where near as bad an investment as you make it to be as I constantly point out to you. It may be a bad investment for you and your investment style but it is a good investment for many others.

I do not advertise anything or force anyone to do anything I just express my point of view that property is not as bad an investment as you and many of the uber bears make it out to be, but I guess you cannot handle the idea that property investment is good for many.

Nothing to disclose here I am definitely not a real-estate agent or anyone pushing property on ANYONE. From day one I have always disclosed I own property, and I have a very realistic view on future growth i.e. my personal point of view is that property will stagnate for many years so I am far from an uber property bull.
