Novatti is well funded with $12.9m in cash as of 31 December 2021. This was estimated to cover 12 months of Novatti activities. On top of the December quarter, Novatti will have the acquired earnings from ATX while securing the Visa and MasterCard merchant acquiring licence has improved Novatti's margins when providing the service, also enabling us to to target larger multinational accounts. There is no intention to raise capital in the near future.
