Apologies for returning to my earlier whinge, but IMO the hold up in the SML is due in part to the acquisition of 19% of PEK by Shenge, along with talk of a complete takeover of the company by Shenge. That tied in with ongoing discussions with the GoT about refining offshore on Teeside, which would apply just as much to Shenge, is obviously going to ring alarm bells. Until the above questions are resolved, the GoT will hold back
