That money could have been raise on a 4% dilution at 8 cents a share and offered to shareholders. In reality there was/is no issue with RAP running out of money with just one CR for $5 or $6 million and the ongoing and ever increasing revenue stream we were on our way. 70 million poxy extra shares at 8 cents would have netted over $5 million. This deal if it managed to carry has the potential to be the biggest rob of shareholders in the history of the ASX! Ho is this going to look down the track? We can buy Pfizer shares lol at USD $54 each. There must be a very plentiful offer after the deal coming the way of the RAP team...IMHO. It must not be a tie will tell type of feeling now it must be F..K them attitude and a No vote carried. The value assessment will tell how endemic the RAP rot is and will help when the washup comes. Ever been the victim of a frame up? This is what is happening. Just listen to the rhetoric from TK and how he is hiding the real sentiment of RAP's shareholders from the media. He is turning out to be a nice piece of work!
This is leaving a very bitter taste in all our mouths...only a good NO vote mouthwash will help to remove it.

Very doubtful this was ever about the small injection of capital we all knew RAP needed and if this was management's plan to increase the CR with the pps capped for a VWAP of 11.5c then well planned and they will be "forgiven" if the T/O bid is voted against. An increase by Pfizer's T/O bid instead of a NO vote will wash that bitter taste as well but let not kid ourself they won't be paying $1+ given the current stage of RAP.
