Services segment - are rising rates a positive, page-2

Yes, thats the hope. Except most of us have been waiting for years for this to play out. Recently revenues have been down but profits have held up, I would expect the opposite in the short to medium term when bankruptcies finally rise. Staff costs will need to rise immediately to acquire new customers with the revenue from these newly acquired customers received in subsequent years. It will be interesting to see how the market assesses the value of the business when/if this happens. I bought some more yesterday, FSA is now ~5% of my portfolio.
