SFR certainly has the ability to do multiple capital raising's. It may need to do a 1:1 capital raising to begin to pay for mine development, but that still means that there are not a huge number of shares on issue.
The BFS will determine the funding needs, but even if the cost was $500m, issuing 200m shares at $3 would pay for the mine and leave money left over for commissioning costs.
IMO, the probability of SFR running out of cash and not having access to additional cash top ups is minimal.
