Ann: Project Update Commissioning program underway, page-69

I've posted reasons many times before. Some include:

They do not have the capacity to match funding.
Their project is a long way from being ready to commence.
They havent even completed a feasibility study.
They dont have any regulatory/development approvals.
Their technology isnt proven.
The grants are for green hydrogen hubs. No grants will be coal related.
Large grants will go to large established entities, with proven technologies eg.Fortesque, Origin, WA Govt etc.

I've probably missed a few things, but that about covers it.
I believe they may be a chance of getting a design grant, but not even sure if they applied for it.
