As Buffet said "invest in what you know" I spend 2-4 nights a month in Leigh Creek, as it's part of my "patch" I see and hear that progress is moving along nicely, with foreseeable hurdles being addressed. I'm under no illusion that nothing is guaranteed. At this stage I'm more than happy investing in NRZ.
