So, can one assume you are black, been to Russia and were on the soccer pitch playing with those balls and heard monkey noises from the crowd??? Or perhaps in need of a geography lesson as you may have mistook Russia with another well known country where coloured people are given a hard time and not just on the soccer pitch.

Information of all kinds is available - if one can read and one can reason then one draw their own conclusions. Jumping to conclusions before even reading the article shows ignorance and arrogance - so does shooting a messenger.
