The language of the selldown PR is standard. He may or may not sell shares after the FY report. If he does sell agree with you it is a negative sign. But I understood he will not sell. Maybe i am wrong.
Re public markets, you could say the same about MSFT or GOOG or ADBE and even FB. Cos go public to allow share transfers, attract talent, use shares as comp, raise awareness, use shares in M&A, compensate suppliers in stock, align interests of value chain participants etc. Access to capital is only one reason out of many more. Capital light bizs not always need the cash, but may use it.
