    You are on the money!
    Openpay is open for a lifeline, but no one wants to fund this. Mismanagement to the limit and failed promises mean this Disallowed wagon might head to where you mentioned. Time is ticking and wait for the quarterly on 28 April for the first nail in this coffin.
