This stock has been on my watch list for sometime. Bullish on Agribusiness sector. However despite SP fall over the past 2 years I was surprised to see price to sales at around 3. Quite high for the sector. Take Danone and Subuto for example both have price to sales of around 1.5, Ingham and Bega are well below 1. Obviously their debt to asset position is great and it’s a bit like comparing apples to oranges. Still I feel like these metrics are a bit high. For me as a fundamental macro type investor a 20 percent reduction in price to sales due to decreasing sp or improved performance would make this more attractive. Thoughts? How would you value A2m? There is a great company their and my folks for 1 are happy to pay double the price for their milk so they have something just not sure it is a buy yet?
