Important to note that these newly issued shares (19m) were only created on Thursday afternoon. So none of those were " clearly...sold down" and the holders "got rid of" on Thursday.
The 19m shares will probably be with the Registry on Tuesday 19th April and probably in most trading accounts on Wed 20th April.
