Only thing that still worries me about all this is why the market is, and has been, trading so far below the bids. I can understand traders not wanting to go near the bid prices, but you would expect both Jindal and Meijin to want to snap up shares beneath the 52c or 56c level. I know they have to secure Benny's holding or all else is meaningless, but if they are happy to bid 56c, why not buy at 33c. This may still be a bit smelly.
