No it's not profitable if you check the financial anns. Positive EBITDA but net loss. But it's pretty close and revenue is growing fast so the job for management here is obviously to show they can turn that into a net profit.
Then as you say the market cap is tiny so there is huge potential here. IMO they are in a bit of a grey zone where they have put in place the assets to expand but they haven't benefited from the economies of scale yet. They need to really ramp up their billable hours and then hopefully they will see economies of scale lead to margin growth. I see $1 plus easily achievable as a share price once they can demonstrate a NPAT and positive momentum.
