Based on the daily, weekly and monthly charts rau is excellently consolidated.
So. I agree, it is ready to run anytime good news comes.Technically it could run in anticipation, though Another couple of weeks would make the weekly chart even more powerful.
The moving averages are out, but they are only a lagging indicator anyway. All predictive indicators are nice:)
