I can't speak on behalf of others, but I find this sentence interesting, if not amusing.

It was 2 weeks since the Court Order, and if Sundance had a strong case against ANS, then what's with the delay in requesting documents?

Is SDL not entirely sure ANS can be held responsible for alleged misuse of IP, and therefore don't know where to look??
Is SDL looking for a non-existent needle in multiple haystacks?

Can we assume if there's insufficient evidence to proceed in the WA Courts, then there's no case for the ICC to hear, and the interim order restraining Cameroon from granting exploitation rights can be thrown in the bin, and laughed out of town?
