Put $1 in front of that and its a maybe...seems like their tactic of a lowball offer has sucked you back into thinking RAP is not worth at least a $ billion.
This is to a company who has $100 billion plus in the bank. They would be getting 7 or 8 years of RAP work plus all the Prof's years fo work and brilliance plus the data base, patents, approvals, associations and tie-ins with telehealth and etc.
