we will see the money soon!

I have a feeling we will get to see the money come pretty soon, early in the new year is my tip, because I believe that if they delay it too long? it may affect some of the programs sitting there waiting for contracts to be announced, one of those in contention is Firestorm I believe, and you would have to think that the MAUL would also have to be in there somewhere as well? and possibly the 3GL to boot! they need these weapons ASAP in the field, so any further delay to the equity, would be counter productive to the desired outcome in some ways, all just my opinion though!
