    It will be with the NWIOA more then likely,or BRM and FRS.
    BHP have shown they do not want the Chinese getting a hold such as CRM.
    They will not want CRM involved as they are capable of building their own rail system.
    I would not be surprised if CRM are the Chinese Company looking to fund the NWIOA Port system.
