Totally agree RobinHood 2022.....but in fact it actually will turn out to be 1.2 million ........... Tranche 1 of 600,000 rights and then there's a tranche 2 for another 600,000 rights

It's also a joke that these 2x set's of rights are set for only a 15c share price hurdle being meet .............why was it set so low ...... as we know the recent IPO ASX listing recently was done at 20c / share .... IMO, what a poor show and I feel so sorry for the initial investors / shareholders who imo must now feel like as if they were taken for a ride ...
As per the announcement...............
"Remuneration: $300,000 per annumal reviews.
" excluding statutory superannuation
Entitled to reasonable relocation costs.
Incentive: 600,000 performance rights issued upon commencement, vesting on the anniversary of
the Commencement Date subject to performance hurdles, with a 3-year term period and a life of 5
years. (Tranche 1 Performance Rights)
A further 600,000 performance rights will be issued upon the anniversary of the Commencement
Date subject to shareholder approval and the same hurdles and terms as Tranche 1 Performance
Rights, subject to a 15c share price hurdle being met. (Tranche 2 Performance Rights).
