Not all IPO,S float, plenty trade below the IPO price, and seed shareholders haven’t paid the IPO price, plenty of profit for seed shareholders at 14 cents. But as you said the register will tighten up, and the projects are good, along with the recent drilling results, so it maybe a good opportunity to buy at these levels, below the IPO price, market cap is small, company is well funded, and with further exploration success, the upside in the share price could be substantial. Also the gold price looks like it is about to test $2000 again shortly, which if it does and move’s higher, will get more attention on gold and gold stocks.
