Weather true or not it's very hard to get a reasonable quantity.
It took only about 500k to get it to 15c from 5c on the 14th.
Out of the 300k odd today the buyer that was waiting for 100k didn't wait to get the order filled before buying at 16.Probably one main buyer of around 200-250k and in a hurry and the rest was in it's wake.
Only about 1.5m came on the market in the last 2 weeks.
All i can say,interesting and the next seller @ 19.5
We'll all see in the morning.
