It seems to me that when you have a very large plant like Telfer to feed, it is likely more achievable to dig that volume from an open pit rather than a deep underground mine.
I therefore suspect that Newcrest would definitely be very interested in any large nearby open pit resource, while they are busily exploring the nearby AZY JV ground.
Does anyone know of such a potential resource?
