shareholder reward vs more dilution

As long as i am interpreting the 'entitlement issue' correctly, then all shareholders will be able to participate.

If this is so, then the cheaper the better and I can live with the dilution, and I for one will gladly add to my holdings.

If this only goes to their mates, then this thing will tank again.
