30 cents would come before $1 once people realise they have a DRAM augmenting technology.

If they throw out a short list of suitors then it could really outpace anything else on market including its own fundamental value... which is why the BOD probably will not announce who is looking under the skirt in the bidding room.
It's also why the BOD will probably place the company into TH for the duration of commercial negotiations - thereby preventing any run up of the SP beyond fundamental value.

Imagine the share price runs to $4 because the market knows bidders are negotiating with 4DS. Then imagine a TH and subsequent market ann informing the market that the BOD recommend SHs accept a $1 offer let alone $0.30 offer. Those late to the party take a huge hair cut.

If this runs to 30 cents quickly or a buck, I would expect some steer from the BOD on ball parks to protect the uneducated market. If nothing of the sort... then maybe this really is worth $4 a share. And I would certainly be happy with that.
