Got a little parcel today. Just a small one to keep me interested. I have room to double the holding considering I expect this to be an ultra marathon timeframe kind of investment. Most assets that are in C&M usually are.
Best to keep in mind that further weakness is possible here. This is not an immediate cashflow positive acquisition like Mt Carlton or Cracow but this is a considerable discount compared to those two recent acquisitions as outlined in this list Post #: 60827122. By a wide margin in fact. Any weakness down to 48.5c I will view as a buying oppurtunity.
