I know for sure the commissioning of the mill in December is high priority and if they meet there commisioning criteria 1 hour before midnight on December 31st and deem the mill commisioned then they have met there obligations. I do not beleive that they can announce to the market any other way other than via the ASX that the mill is commissioned but could stand corrected on that point.
So if they were to announce that the mill was commissioned in December on January 4 then they indeed they have acheived the there obligations on timing to they market for this activity.
But I agrre if there is a problem they need to let the market know.
