AMP's position is one of strength. While some practice owners may not have understood the terms, the BOLR contract was clear and they do not have a case. If, and only if, AMP wishes to clean this up, they might be prepared to hand over some cash to former practice owners, but it will be SFA. I understand that AMP is resolute that their legal position is sound.
