Blastoff I don't think you will ever see an american company not try to commercialise a hugely beneficial/ profitable tech. Its all about the money. If they dont do it then someone else can and will. Of course if your privvy to some inside knowledge then you can prove me wrong, its happened b4 :)

Nothing has changed if it was easy it would have been done b4. More difficult = more challenging to replicate = more time to dominate market
Dip = Good time to buy, altho you mite get the scaremongers driving it down a bit further yet.
