I got issued shares via MLX (which I really like)
However, NC1 seems very interesting in it's own right.
My simple brain is ...
40 yr mine life - very good - rare and appeals to the 'big guys' BHP
IRR- 17% is so/so - not great - I guess reflecting the high capital investment
However, any increase in prices + inflation means that capital invested now, yeild higher returns later on
Couple this with the extremely strong insider buying ...
I also suspect there's some developments plans brewing behind the scenes...
As pointed out, what else make sense? Given due to the spin-off he could have loaded up earlier.
