Seems like a long way to go (for someone like me who is checking in daily). Could be late as end of May before the independent report. As independent in name only of course. So another 6 weeks.
WSA main issue is there isn’t any competitive tension.
So IGO is playing it smart going for the lowest amt.
Surely both parties would have an a hint at least to what the draft range of fair and or reasonable price is.
mean while I’m counting the trades. About 15m shares have changed hands in the $3.84-86 range. So 4.6% of issue are in potential Vote NO or arbitrage hands.
you would think once it gets to 10-15% (so another couple weeks) who knows. We might see trades in the high $3.80’s.
