I think you are suffering from some sort of anxiety issues. Perhaps trading in this type of company is not appropriate for your and there is no shame in this.
Sending emails to management because of frustration on the SP action is pointless. I can say this as I have done the same on other shares in the past and learned from it. My advice would be to only send emails to management on specific technical issues that you want to learn about or for clarification purposes only.
