I found the dividend formulae , see T&Cs Condition 6 B ( iii).
The formulae is Conversion Price{( $2.10) x ( current price - dividend) }/current price. ( at ex Date)
So for 25th Oct 2021 Dividend ex date Dividend was 0.7c. closing share price $2.24.
= {2.10*(2.24-.07)}/2.24 = Revised conversion price $2.03.
For the 14 April 2022
= {2.03*(3.49-0.30)}/3.49 = $1.88 revised conversion price.
