INA slug Tenants with 92.6% of Pension increase in Rent Increase

The Child Care industries do as much. As soon as the government increases the subsidy, they put the daily charge rate as much. I am a share holder of this company and I agree this is not a good look or very moral.

INA $775/fn is BEFORE this new Rental Increase.
They have to give Tenants 60 days notice.
Then it will be $793.62/fn

Superannuation Companies and "Ethical" investors will have no choice but to rate INA as "Unethical" and therefore removing them from their watchlists and selling any stake they do hold.
This story is not just going to be a "Hotcopper Post" Too many interested parties. Not just Political ones. We are about to lobby far and wide to finally bring INA to account. They have managed to stay under the radar for several years. Not any longer!
