Unless the burn rate has doubled since 12 months ago, I would treat any CR as a major red flag since PAR should have enough funds to see us through 008, 002 and the MPS studies, so they should at least hold off from a CR until they can show us some results from the previous 100 million they've burnt through - preferably the results from 008 and a new CEO should precede any CR announcement. PAR should at least wait for another 6 months before raising capital if they have the courage of their convictions.

I have no doubt that short sellers would love a capital raise right now to help them close out their positions, but if PAR were to wait for the 008 readout, and if positive, the SP go up at least another 50% overnight.
