Here is and interesting perspective- as per the 'scheme' (another term for nothing more than a compulsory purchase) - should a better offer come in from another party, Pfizer have the option to match it.
if an offer came in that was differently structured - say some form whereby existing shareholders can still participate ( share swap for instance) but allowed s/h to benefit from the tech - but at same price (obviously diluted) - 1- would 'no' voters be more inclined and 2- would Pzifer match this without having full control ?
